Trust and compliance
Members can manage recurring supplement subscriptions from account settings. Changes should be submitted before the next billing cycle or fulfillment window to avoid next-cycle charges.
Lab order cancellation may be limited after requisition release, partner-lab scheduling, or at-home kit shipment. Lab processing already completed is generally non-refundable.
If provider review or pharmacy fulfillment has started, cancellation options may be restricted. Eligibility review and clinical time already rendered may remain billable where permitted.
