By accessing ALUKARD services, you agree to these terms and any product, lab, telehealth, subscription, and privacy terms presented during checkout or intake.
Site content is educational and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Emergency concerns require emergency services.
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding credentials, and promptly notifying ALUKARD of unauthorized access.
Clinical services are available only where legally permitted and after required identity, eligibility, consent, and provider review steps are complete.
Prescription and peptide care is not available for direct purchase before clinical review. Availability depends on state law, clinical criteria, and pharmacy fulfillment.
Lab orders require appropriate consent and may be fulfilled through partner-lab or at-home collection workflows. Results must be reviewed in clinical context.
Recurring orders require explicit authorization. Cancellation and refund rules are presented during checkout and in the cancellation policy.
Health information is handled according to the Notice of Privacy Practices and applicable privacy laws. Marketing analytics must not include PHI.
Refund and return eligibility may vary by supplements, prescriptions, labs, or services already rendered. Details are provided in policy pages and checkout terms.
Disputes are resolved under the governing law and venue stated below. Where required by applicable law, members may be entitled to alternative dispute resolution; the procedures in effect at the time of the dispute control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ALUKARD and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of access to or use of the site, content, or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Venue for any claim not subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules lies in the state or federal courts located in New Castle County, Delaware.
ALUKARD may update these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
