The luteal-phase hormone. Drops first in perimenopause. Essential for endometrial protection on estrogen HRT.

Estradiol with or without progesterone for perimenopausal and menopausal symptoms. Requires a real screen.

The dominant estrogen - swings 50-500 pg/mL across your cycle and crashes in perimenopause.
TSH
The pituitary's thyroid signal. Lab normal tops out at 4.5 mIU/L - functional targets run under 2.5.
