Ferritin
Your iron stores. Lab "normal" starts at 15 ng/mL; functional shortfall begins under 50 for most women.
Hormone imbalance
An umbrella term, not a diagnosis. Usually maps to thyroid, sex hormones, cortisol, or an iron/sleep fix.
Testosterone
The primary androgen - drops ~1% a year after 30. Total tells you little; free and SHBG tell you everything.
CBC
